Olives from trees grown in the Derik district of Mardin, where no pesticides are used. The smallest variety is the Halhali/Xılxali.

The olives are cracked by hand, then their water is changed every two days for a month, removing the bitterness without using chemicals.

A slight bitterness remains, but this bitterness does not go away.

It will be shipped with water. There is a net weight of 400 grams in a glass jar without water. Store in the refrigerator.

Check the olives occasionally and stir them.

It was made with Hevsel Garden heirloom cracked wheat flour, Hevsel Garden tomato paste, Hevsel Garden chickpeas, Hevsel Garden salt, yogurt from our own animals, and vegetables grown in the village without using any pesticides.

Dried, non-agricultural wild apples from the mountain village of Maden, Elazığ. The family doesn't trade them. They dry them from the trees in front of the house for themselves and some for us. That's why the quantity is small.
