Hevsel Gardens

Hevsel Gardens, which gives its name to our brand, is an 800-hectare garden located on the banks of the Tigris River, between Diyarbakır Castle and the river valley. Boasting an 8,000-year history and a period of uninterrupted cultivation, Hevsel Gardens is both a grain depot and a resting place for the region. Located on the Silk Road, it also served as a crossroads for cultures, with caravans crossing the Ten-Eyed Bridge and resting in Hevsel Gardens on their way. As a result of these interactions, Hevsel Gardens has become a gastronomic hub.

Hevsel Gardens, which has such a deep-rooted history, cannot be accessed by agricultural vehicles due to the structure of the land and agriculture is still carried out using old methods.

As Hevsel Bahçesi, we work with producers who cultivate using traditional methods to continue the tradition of the historical gardens that gave our brand its name, and we process the products produced in the light of old techniques and new knowledge and share them with all of Turkey.
